  • The Basics At the very least any business employing even just one employee needs a contract of employment in place.  For a fixed fee we can provide you with a contract of employment template, a staff handbook and a set of policies.  This can be particularly useful for start-ups.
  • Retained service Many of our clients prefer using us on a retained basis in order to keep everything up to date and to discuss any situations that arise, as they arise. We can work as your HR department to meet with your business needs. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to respond to tribunal action, it can be costly. By using our services early on, these costs can potentially be avoided.

 

  • The following benefits are included as part of a retained package:
  • Monthly face to face meeting
  • Unlimited phone access
  • Unlimited email access
  • Automatic updates to policies in response to legislation or company changes
  • Reduced rates for additional consultancy work on projects such as disciplinary investigations or recruitment campaigns
  • Reduced rates for any training workshops requested
  • Prevention is always better than cure!
  • One-off project Perhaps you have been faced with a difficult poor performance issue or a grievance letter that you feel you could do with some support and guidance on. We can work with you through the process, attend any interviews or meetings and help to work towards a successful outcome. We will give as much or as little support as you require.
